START Hack is one of Europe‘s larger hackathons with students from tech universities working on innovative projects within a set time frame of 35 hours. Challenges are provided by partners and start-ups. The focus is on modern and emerging technologies including Block- chain, AI, AR/VR and the IoT. What differentiates the START Hack from other hackathons is our emphasis on fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of our participants, encouraging them to think further than just one weekend. Thus, START Hack‘s vision aims to bring Switzerland on Europe‘s technological map, to let the participants face the world‘s most difficult challenges hands-on and support creative and innovative solutions to get developed to real businesses.
